Return and Refund Period: Customers must initiate any return or refund requests within 30 days from the date of delivery. Rapid test devices are sensitive to time, temperature, and humidity. For this reason, we can only accept return and refund requests within the 30-day period.
For health and safety reasons, test kits that have been opened or used are not eligible for return. However, your satisfaction remains important to us. If you are dissatisfied for any reason with any of our test kit, please contact us directly with detailed information about the issue. In such cases, we will offer a full refund without requiring you to return the product.

Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, ordered the wrong item), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds: Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1-3 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
