    We are an online shop dedicated in selling Japanese made Fujibio HIV 1/2 One Step Test Device, an HIV Test Kit that is 99.9% accurate in detecting all known types of the HIV Virus including HIV-1 and HIV-2. It an HIV home test kit approved by the Ministry of Health of Japan. Its certifications includes ISO, FDA, CE, FSC and MHLW. The device is so accurate that it detects 1,361 out of 1,361 or 100% of HIV positive clients during its initial accuracy test registering a specificity of 100%. In an HIV negative population, it detected 24 false positives out of 38,747 tested samples registering a sensitivity of 99.938%. The device is so accurate that even if you use it with existing infection/condition that causes false positive HIV results in western blot, it will still give 99.535% accuracy as its lowest accuracy threshold.
  • How does Fujibio HIV Test Kit works?
    After being infected with HIV, the body futily produces anti-HIV proteins known as antibodies. This is how our body defends itself with an HIV infection. Fujibio HIV Test Kit detects these antibodies using the principle of double antigen sandwich immunoassay. All humans infected with HIV will eventually produce this antibody specific to HIV infection however, not everyone produces them at the same time. It will take about 6 weeks up to 6 months before a human produces anti-HIV antibodies. This is known as the window period wherein a person is infected but still tests negative for HIV. Based on the latest research, below are the average time a percentage of individuals develop HIV antibodies:

    30% of infected individuals will have HIV antibodies starting 3 weeks.
    60% of infected individuals will have HIV antibodies starting 6 weeks.
    80% of infected individuals will have HIV antibodies starting 2 months.
    95% of infected individuals will have HIV antibodies starting 3 months.
    99% of infected individuals will have HIV antibodies starting 6 months.

    The remaining 1% that will still test negative after 6 months are individuals with compromised immunity or disorders that prevent proper production of antibodies. Using the data above, the ideal testing time will be 6 weeks, 3 months and 6 months.
  • How many kits should I buy?
    One kit is enough to accurately know your HIV status however, we recommend performing a rigid scheduled testing to be certain that you are passed the window period.

    If you purchased 1 HIV test kit, we recommend testing 3 to 6 months after the last risk incident.
    If you purchased 2 HIV test kits, we recommend testing 3 months and 6 months after the last risk incident.
    If you purchased 3 HIV test kits, we recommend testing 6 weeks, 3 months and 6 months after the last risk incident.
    If you purchased 4 HIV test kits, we recommend testing immediately for baseline HIV status and then testing at 6 weeks, 3 months and 6 months after the initial testing.

    Risk incidents are events when you had an unprotected sexual intercourse(vaginal,anal,oral), Intravenous needle sharing, accidental needle prick or any events that could transmit HIV. Ensure that you will abstain from any HIV risk incidents during the testing period.

    If the device shows a negative result after carefully following our HIV test kit user manual and it has been 3 months since you had a risk incident, you likely do not have HIV.

    If the device shows a positive result, You will have to call our team of counselors so we can provide more information on how to get confirmatory testing using western blot. We will also provide you with information on what to do at this point as well as resources to various HIV support groups near your area. Rest assured that calls are strictly confidential.

  • Are orders private and confidential?
    Privacy and confidentiality of information you shared with us is our primordial priority. We will never divulge your name, address or any personal details to any entities both government or private. The data you provided with us are utilized for shipping only. Information your shared with our counselors via our counseling hotline are only used for counseling and will not be shared nor recorded. Our website nor items you purchase will NOT APPEAR anywhere. We do not accept Credit Card payments to ensure that payment source is anonymous. The package will also be labeled as "Supplements" or any other unrelated description to protect your privacy.
  • Do I need to register an account before ordering?
    No. Account registration is not required. You can purchase as a guest however, we do encourage registration as it will make it easier for us to help you. Registered users will also have an account dashboard that lists recent orders as well as their tracking information making it easy for you to track your parcel independently. Registered users will also receive newsletters regarding our current promotions and giveaways.
  • How do I register an account?
    Simply mouse over on MY ACCOUNT on the top menu and click LOGIN/REGISTER. You will see a CREATE AN ACCOUNT button on the right side of the page. Click it and a pop up will appear asking for your email and password. Simply click REGISTER and you are done. It is as simple as that. We will ask for your shipping and billing address once you are about to purchase from our shop. You can also register during purchase by completing the registration form when checking out.
  • How do I order?
    Simply mouse over the product you intend to purchase and click ADD TO SHOPPING BAG. You can also view the details first by click the picture of the product before clicking ADD TO SHOPPING BAG located just above the product's description. You can increase or decrease the product quantity by clicking on the + and - signs on the left side of the ADD TO SHOPPING BAG button.

    You can continue browsing for other products and add more product to your shopping bag. Once finished and you are ready to check out, simply click CHECKOUT → PAY on the top menu or simply mouse over your SHOPPING BAG ICON on the upper right side of your screen and click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.

    Fill up the billing address form and if you need the items to be shipped to other address, uncheck the SHIP TO BILLING ADDRESS checkbox to fill up the shipping address form. Click PROCEED WITH PURCHASE. You will be asked to select your desired payment method. Just click your preferred payment option and click PLACE ORDER. Depending on your payment option, you should follow the succeeding steps to complete your purchase.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Bank Deposits online or over the counter  thru BDO and BPI. Online wallet payments such as GCash and PayMaya as well as all money transfer or remittance payments like LBC Money Transfer for pickup, Moneygram, Palawan Express, M Lhuillier Kwarta Padala and Cebuana Lhuillier Pera Padala. After payment, simply send us the picture of the payment receipt thru email at [email protected] and we will commence order fulfillment immediately. We do not accept Credit Card payments to ensure that the source of payment or purchaser remains anonymous. All of our payment methods only require a transaction ID or number to be validated without the need to identify the source of payment.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Do you ship discreetly to my location?
    We discreetly ship to any country, territory, APO and P.O Box. As long as your area has a working post office, we can ship it to your location. The packaging of the product will never mention the product content.
  • Do you ship door to door or is it for pick up?
    Delivery is door to door. There should be no fees to be paid when the product arrives at your house. In case you do not have a permanent address or your location is impassable, you can also give us an instruction to place HOLD FOR PICKUP tag at your parcel so you can simply pick it up at the nearest courier office.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Delivery cut off is at 12:00 P.M. All purchases occurring from 12:01 P.M onward will be shipped the next day. We do not ship during weekends hence, all purchases submitted during Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday. We deliver to ANY COUNTRY, TERRITORY, PO BOX AND APO. Estimated delivery time frames are:

    Metro Manila: 1 to 2 days
    Provincial: 2 to 4 days

    The information above is just an approximation and it can be earlier to longer depending on the circumstances. There might be a holding time of about 2 to 3 days prior to shipment to allow emergency changes with your order such as adding/removing an item or changing the shipping address. This will also ensure that there are no payment issues that might arise such as unauthorized transactions or stolen credit card reports.
  • How much is the shipping?
    Shipping is free to any destination. If the kit is for pickup at LBC, you have to add a shipping fee of 90 PHP.
  • How can I track my order?
    Simply mouse over MY ACCOUNT on the top menu and click TRACK YOUR ORDER. Simply enter the order ID you receive when ordering as well as the email address you used during purchase and click TRACK. In the succeeding page, you will see your tracking number and website where to track your parcel as well as other important notes regarding your order.
