Delivery, Return, and Refund

The best test kits in the world with the highest sensitivity and specificity rate such us Core Tests Rapid Test Devices uses highly specialized material that are time sensitive and thus, have shorter expiration date compared to regular testing kits. As such, we can only accept return and refund requests within a 30 day period.

For health and safety reasons, test kits that have been opened or used are not eligible for return. However, your satisfaction remains important to us. If you are dissatisfied for any reason with any of our test kit, please contact us directly with detailed information about the issue. In such cases, we will offer a full refund without requiring you to return the product.
